The Lodge at Allen Springs - Independent Living
The Lodge at Allen Springs offers 21 unique floor plans ranging from 600 to almost 1,300 square feet of living space. Services included in the monthly rental fee are: dinner with choice of entrees, air conditioning, electricity, heat, gas, water, sewer, emergency call system, basic cable and transportation to local shopping.
Rental fees range from $1,325/month to only $2,450/month. A second person charge of $300.00 applies when two people reside together. There is a one-time $500 community fee, $500 refundable security deposit, and additional deposits for pets.
Additional services available to THE LODGE residents include reduced rate respite care, delivery of meals, and housekeeping.
