Holland - Independent Living
The Holland campus offers forty-three luxurious Independent Living Villas. Our floor plans range from 643 square feet to 1086 square feet. Services included in the monthly rental fee are: dinner with choice of entrees, air conditioning, basic cable, heat, electricity, gas, water, sewer, emergency call system and transportation to local shopping. Oak Crest also provides a membership to Evergreen Commons. Rental fees range from $1,475.00 to $1,975.00 per month. A second person charge of $300.00 per month applies when two people reside together. There is a one-time $500.00 community fee, a $500.00 refundable Villa security deposit, and an additional $500.00 deposit for pets.
Additional services available to Villa residents are reduced rate respite care, delivery of meals, additional meals, housekeeping and car garages.
Holland - Assisted Living
Our Holland location offers two levels of Assisted Living. The level of care required and the floor plan selected determine the monthly fee. Furnished rooms with private baths range in size from 320 square feet to 570 square feet for a two room apartment.
The fees range from $3,450.00 to $4,900.00 with a one-time community fee of $500.00. Included in the monthly cost are the following services: assistance with personal care, utilities, three home-cooked meals, housekeeping, laundry and linen service, basic cable, medication administration, as well as a full range of activities and transportation to local shopping. Services not included in the monthly fee are: telephone, medication cost, beauty and barber shop costs.
Respite or temporary care is offered based on availability. The daily rates range from $135.00 to $150.00 per day.
