In 1991, OAK CREST established the Holland, Michigan campus at 11909 James Street consisting of five Assisted Living manors with 20 residents in each, and a forty-three unit independent living complex.

Assisted Living offers a variety of available floor plans. Options include a single room, a more spacious suite, or an apartment with a separate living area and kitchenette.

Assisted Living Plus offers a safe and secure setting for those residents with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.

For the independent resident, Sandy Cove Villa offers a variety of comfortable floor plans with full kitchens, patios, washers and dryers. These units are ideal for those who want to maintain their independence while living in a community setting.
