Jenison - Independent Living
The Jenison campus offers nineteen luxurious Independent Living Villas. Our three floor plans range from 630 square feet to 1040 square feet. Services included in the monthly rental fee are: dinner with choice of entrees, air conditioning, electricity, heat, gas, water, sewer, emergency call system, basic cable and transportation to local shopping. Rental fees range from $1,300.00 to $1,700.00 per month. A second person charge of $300.00 per month applies when two people reside together. There is a one-time $500.00 community fee, $500.00 refundable security deposit, and an additional $500.00 deposit for pets.
Additional services available to Villa residents include reduced rate respite care, delivery of meals, additional meals and housekeeping.
Jenison - Assisted Living
Our Jenison location offers two levels of Assisted Living. The level of care required and the floor plan selected determine the monthly fee. Furnished rooms with private baths range in size from 320 square feet to 540 square feet.
The fees range from $3,350.00 to $4,750.00 with a one-time community fee of $500.00. Included in the monthly cost are the following services: assistance with personal care, utilities, three home-cooked meals, housekeeping, laundry and linen service, medication administration, basic cable, as well as a full range of activities and transportation to local shopping. Services not included in the monthly fee are: telephone, medication cost and beauty and barber shop costs.
Respite or temporary care is offered based on availability. The daily rates range from $135.00 to $150.00 per day.
Jenison - Assisted Living - Lower Cost Option
A lower cost option in Assisted Living is our Amsterdam Manor. All the same services as our regular assisted living are included. The room size is smaller at 230-350 square feet. The fees range from $2,600.00 - $2,900.00 per month with a one-time community fee of $500. Respite care is also offered at $95.00 per day.
