Kentwood - Assisted Living
Our Kentwood location offers three levels of Assisted Living. The level of care required and the floor plan selected determine the monthly fee. Rooms with private baths range in size from 250 square feet to 540 square feet.
The fees range from $3,050.00 to $4,250.00 with a one-time community fee of $500.00. Included in the monthly cost are the following services: assistance with personal care, utilities, three home-cooked meals, housekeeping, laundry and linen service, medication administration, basic cable, as well as a full range of activities and transportation to local shopping. Services not included in the monthly fee are: telephone, medication cost and beauty and barber shop costs.
Respite or temporary care is offered based on availability. The daily rates range from $135.00 to $150.00 per day.
