Because of what we believe, and the way we feel our residents should be treated, OAK CREST is dedicated to providing care and services based on Christian principles. It is our belief that each resident has intrinsic worth and dignity, and it is our responsibility to foster and safeguard a caring environment by providing programs and services which enhance the quality of life for each resident.
Our Goal for Our Residents is to provide the individual support necessary to enhance the quality of life, create a positive effect on health, and experience a life of maximum independence and dignity.
Our Goal for Our Families is to provide them with the peace of mind that comes from knowing their loved ones are surrounded by people who truly care about them. We believe the family must be informed regarding their loved one’s ongoing status and be encouraged to visit frequently.
Our Goal for Our Staff (our most valuable asset) is to provide an environment in which they are personally involved in helping to achieve a superior quality of service. OAK CREST is committed to providing them with the opportunity for personal development and growth which is limited only by individual ability and desire.
