OAK CREST of Spring Lake opened in May 1996 with four Assisted Living manors and three Independent Living villas. The campus is located at 18100 174th Avenue, Spring Lake, Michigan.

Those opting for Assisted Living may select from a variety of floor plans including single rooms, spacious suites, and apartments with separate living areas and kitchenettes.

Assisted Living Plus offers a safe and secure living environment for residents with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.

For the Independent Living Resident, the Villa apartments offer five floor plans with full kitchens, patios, and washers and dryers. The Villas are ideal for those who want to maintain their independence while living in a community setting.
